Hybrid metallic DOC & DPF technology
Solution we offer 5 kVA to 3000 kVA (Fit & forget solution for diesel gensets)
Functional description
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
- A diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) is an aftertreatment component that is a designed to convert carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) into carbon dioxide (C02) and water.
- DOC coating with Platinum/Palladium catalysts oxidases harmful pollutants to harmless gas.
- CO + O2 - CO2
- HC+O2 - CO2 + H2O
- DOC helps in NO - NO2 conversion for passive soot regeneration
- 20% PM reduction through oxidation of Soluble organic fractions (SOF)
Catalysed Diesel Particulate Filter (CDPF)
- CDPFs reduce particulate matter, oxidize hydrocarbons, and carbon monoxide in the exhaust to carbon dioxide and water.
- CDPFs coated with Pt catalyst leads highly efficient passive regeneration (NO2+C NO+CO2)
- Wall flow porous filter-Traps soot and ash
- Highly efficient passive regeneration Emission reduction efficiency
- PM Reduction level >95%
- * Optional CO, THC, NOx Reduction level >80%
- Continuously regenerated even at low exhaust temperatures (>180C)
